Licenses & Pricing Overview
Available Licenses
ThemeForest offers two primary licenses for this theme:
- Regular License
- Allows use in one end product (one website) where end users don’t pay to access the product.
- Typical use case: company or institution site where users access content for free.
- You may create staging/development versions, but one production website = one license needed.
- Extended License
- Required when the end product you build with the theme is to be sold, or users must pay to access it.
- Typical use case: marketplace, paid LMS or distribution where customers pay to use the site content.
- This also applies per website: each product/site is treated as a separate project.
Important Licensing Notes (Envato/ThemeForest):
- Each license is valid for one website only — if you plan multiple sites, you need a separate license for each.
- Licenses are not transferable between different end products or clients without purchase.
- Theme items include updates and support from the author for a fixed period. Extended support can often be purchased separately.
- ThemeForest pricing includes fixed “buyer fees” in addition to the item price (e.g., CMS Themes include a standard buyer fee).
